Tonya L. Fry

With hearts full of sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Tonya Fry, a cherished wife, devoted mother, and adoring grandmother (who the grandkids always called Bah). She departed this world on May 31, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of unconditional love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Tonya was the heart of our family, a woman whose love knew no bounds and whose spirit was as vibrant as it was kind. She loved with every fiber of her being, giving generously of her time, her care, and her joy. She was truly one of a kind, an irreplaceable soul with a sparkle in her eye and a laugh that could brighten even the darkest day. Her uniqueness wasn't just in what she did, but in who she was. To be loved by her was to know true warmth and acceptance. She created a home filled with love and comfort, especially when the grandkids came over. Sleepovers at Bah's weren’t ordinary, they were magical. With board games scattered across the living room, dance parties in the kitchen, and giggles echoing late into the night, she turned simple moments into lifelong memories. She made each grandchild feel like the most special person in the world, reminding them constantly how deeply they were loved. She is survived by her husband, John Fry; her children, Mindy (Jason) Lambright, Slade Fry, and by heart Devyn Stickler; her beloved grandchildren, Zaiden, Zalea, Memphis, Dakota, and Everlee; her sisters, Terrina Logman and Tondrinia (Joe) Bragg; and countless friends and extended family who were touched by her kindness and spirit. Tonya is preceded in death by her parents Dale and Janice Logman; maternal grandparents, Jim and Nellie Fowler and paternal grandmother, Helen Logman. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate a life well-lived; a life full of love, fun, and beautiful moments that will live on in all of us. Her love will echo in every song we dance to, every game we play, and every story we pass on. She was, and always will be, our one of a kind. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by creating joyful moments with your loved ones, play a game, have a dance party, and laugh as much as you can. That’s what she would’ve wanted. A celebration of life gathering of family and friends will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM EDT on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel.
