Theodore and Cheryl Arnett

LAWRENCEBURG, KY – A combined service for Theodore “Ted” and Cheryl A Arnett will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering at the Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel from Noon to 1:00 CDT followed by a Graveside Service at 1:30 EDT held at Fletcher Cemetery, Hamlet. Cheryl was born on September 14, 1944 to the late Roy and Loretta (Hanselman) Clark and passed away in Kentucky on July 28, 2007. She was 62 years-old at the time of her death. Cheryl was a long-time employee of Plasteel in Walkerton, IN, followed by working for Phoenix Transportation after she and Ted moved to Kentucky. Ted was born December 31, 1943 to the late Rex and Nora (Allen) Arnett and passed away on October 4, 2020. He was 76 years-old at the time of his death. He was a Pipefitter for Local 633 as well as a Free and Accepted Mason. Cheryl and Ted were married in 1962 in Hamlet, IN. From this union they formed a loving family that survives both of their death. Survivors of both Ted and Cheryl are: two sons Jefferson (Cindy) Arnett of Danville, KY and Mike Arnett of Harrodsburg, KY; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. At the time of Cheryl’s death, she was survived by: two brothers Roy (Judy) Clark (both Roy and Judy have since passed away) and John (Lisa) Clark of Hamlet. She was preceded in death by her parents. At the time of Ted’s death, he was also survived by one sister Tommie (Robert) Duthie. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Contributions may be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, 110 Conn Terrace, Lexington, KY 40508. Due to Covid-19 Starke County Health Department and Indiana mandates facemasks and social distancing are required.
