Linda J. "Lindy" Allen

May 23, 1941 - June 1, 2022

BREMEN – Linda J. “Lindy” Allen of Bremen passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Community Hospital of Bremen following a sudden illness. She was born on May 23, 1941 in her home at Bass Lake and was 81 years-old at the time of her death. She was a retired housekeeper that worked at Little Company of Mary in San Pierre. Lindy was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bremen. She loved gardening, animals (especially her dog Sarah), bird watching, and all the holidays which she decorated for all of them. She was a breast cancer survivor and most of all loved her family, neighbors, and friends dearly. Lindy is survived by: her daughter Mary (Bob Williams) Urban of Bremen; two grandchildren William (Jeanette) Neiswender of Plymouth and Jason (Emily) Neiswender of Goshen; five great grandchildren Zachary, Allysianna, Jordan, Bridget, and Tiffany; three great-great grandchildren; two sisters Jackie Pugh of Culver and Connie (Dave) Warren of Koontz Lake; one brother Tom Dollahan of Koontz Lake; two special neighbors Diane Baker and Karen Nelson; and her housekeeper and dear friend Marika, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Mary (Scott) Dollahan; her husband Ronnie Allen; seven brothers Albert Dollahan, Jerry Dollahan, Ronnie Dollahan, Larry Dollahan, Jake Dollahan, Terry Dollahan, and Jan Dollahan; and three sisters Evelyn, Marilyn Haines, and Carolyn Clifton. Visiting hours will be from Noon to 2:00 EDT (fast time) Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. Funeral services will be at 2:00 EDT (fast time) on Wednesday, June 8, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bass Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Riley Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are pending at this time
