PLYMOUTH-Dee L. Haffard, 84, of Millers Merry Manor, Plymouth, IN passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 in the nursing home. Dee was born April 5, 1926 in Kimball, SD to Dave and Dorothy (Parker) Skogland. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Laigle and Shim Rice and seven grandchildren. There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will take place. Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel is handling arrangements.
