ROCHESTER-Brenda L. Hardin, 44, passed away January 7, 2012 in Knox, IN. Brenda was born May 8, 1967 in Plymouth, IN to Kenneth and Nancy (Masterson) Gilbert and lived in the area for one year, coming from Greenville, TN. In August of 1983, at Knox, IN, she was married to Gordon Hardin, who survives. Also surviving are children, Shannon Carlson of Elkhart, Alvin Hardin and Megan Hardin, both of Rochester, Mollie Hardin of Lafayette and John Hardin of Greenville, TN; nine grandchildren and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Avie and Eunice Hardin of North Judson. Brenda was a CNA with Millers Merry Manor in Culver and attended the New Hope Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (Central Time) in Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel with Pastor John Cargo officiating. Burial will be at the Highland Cemetery, North Judson. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family
